Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Smira Labs (“we”, “us”) for your use of the MissU website and its services. By creating an account or using MissU, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MissU.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MissU. By using MissU you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is true.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your device and Google account secure. Tell us at smiralabs@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. AI companions

• Companions are fictional AI characters. They are not real people, and their messages, voice notes, calls and photos are generated by artificial intelligence.
• AI responses can be wrong, unexpected or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
• MissU is for entertainment and companionship. It is not a substitute for real-world relationships or professional help. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline right away.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use MissU if you are under 18, or let a minor use your account;
• send content that is illegal, or that involves minors in any sexual way;
• share photos of other people without their consent, or content that harasses, threatens or exploits anyone;
• try to get around limits, quotas, payments or safety measures, or to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• use bots or scripts to access MissU, or resell or copy the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, photos and voice notes you send. You give us permission to store and process them, including through our authorised AI and infrastructure providers, only to run and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to share what you send.

6. Purchases on the website

• MissU is free to use with daily limits. On the website you can also buy diamond packs and premium passes (premium features for a set number of days).
• Current prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Every purchase is a one-time payment: premium passes do not renew automatically and there is no subscription to cancel.
• Diamonds and premium passes are added to your account instantly after a successful payment.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Diamonds

• Diamonds are virtual credits used for some features (such as extra voice notes or photos) once your free daily uses run out.
• Diamonds have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Diamonds, and any remaining premium time, are lost when your account is deleted. Except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or where the law requires otherwise, purchases are not refundable.

8. Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features, companions, limits and prices at any time. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using MissU and delete your account at any time in Settings → Manage Account, or as described on our Delete your account page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.

10. Disclaimer and liability

MissU is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or suitable. To the fullest extent the law allows, Smira Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of MissU, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring the dispute in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using MissU after a change, you accept the updated terms.
